TechFlow is searching for a talented and experienced Vice President to manage our business development capture teams and serve as a Senior Capture Manager. The VP will join and oversee our government services business development team. The Vice President will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, tracking, and delivering exciting opportunities for the company to pursue. This is a hands-on position that includes the management of multiple capture teams and capture efforts. The ideal candidate will excel at developing relationships, uncovering unique pieces of work, shaping discussions, and positioning TechFlow to be on a short list of preferred vendors. True business development is a team sport. To shape opportunities, the Vice President will need to leverage and utilize company SMEs and contacts to create the ah-ha moments with clients. The right individual will flourish at networking and developing contacts both deeper within organizations, fresh at new agencies, as well as internally at our company. This individual needs to understand government bureaucracies and have a significant successful track record selling successfully into the government.
